Description
In the last couple of years the highway home has become a grid locked mess. Because I have to take my daughter to work about the time that the gridlock starts I've taken to shooting the sunset from my driver's side window in between stops and starts. Further in Hawaii we have what we call "vog" - a unique haze caused by the volcano on the "Big island" and a lack of "trade winds". This makes the sun look like a big orange disk as it descends into the West. Photograph is the copyright property of Craig Wood and cannot be copied or used without permission.
