Description
Its the middle of autumn we see white cabbage butterflies flapping their way around the vegetable garden. The butterfly population tends to reach its peak in the winter months and drop off again about half way through spring. When a garden is planted out with broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower and brussels sprouts these white flapping insects are a scary sight. Their larva eat the buds before they can survive.
